Coffee Origin: Ethiopian Guji Natural Processs, Single Origin
Taste profile: Exceptionally smooth cup with a caramel sweetness, vanilla and brown sugar notes accentuated by the rum
Roast Level: Medium
Process: A freshly dumped rum barrel is filled with specialty coffee and slowly aged. The barrel is rotated regularly to ensure the coffee evenly absorbs the rum flavors. When ready, the coffee is roasted medium to accentuate the flavors, for a smooth, delicate finish.
