Process: A freshly dumped whiskey barrel is filled with specialty coffee and slowly aged. The barrel is rotated regularly to ensure the coffee evenly absorbs the whiskey flavors. When ready, the coffee is roasted medium to accentuate the flavors, for a smooth, delicate finish.
