Our 1893 trio features three 12oz. bags: Ethiopian, Natural Process, Ugandan, Natural Process, and Kenyan Peaberry.  All beans are specialty-graded, and rated 88-91+ out of 100 by expert tasters.

Tasting notes of Ethiopian: Ripe plum and cocoa.  Makes a delicious pour over and can be used with an espresso machine.

Tasting notes of Ugandan: Honey and dark berry.  Makes a delicious pour over and can be used with an espresso machine.

Tasting notes of Kenyan: Light berry and citrus.  Recommended as a pour over or cold brew.

Our Ethiopian beans are sourced from the Guji region and are grown at over 7,000 ft. under a forest canopy.  Tasting notes: Ripe plum and cocoa.  Makes a delicious pour over and can be used with an espresso machine.

Our Ugandan beans are sourced from a female-led co-operative in Western Uganda and grown in the Rwenzori mountains.  Tasting notes: Honey and dark berry.  Makes a delicious pour over and can be used with an espresso machine.

Our Kenyan beans are extraordinary rare -- accounting for only 5% of global coffee production -- and sourced from the foothills of Mt. Kenya at over 6,000 ft.  Tasting notes: Light berry and citrus. Recommended as a pour over or cold brew.
