All sales of food products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged due food safety considerations.
If you're buying coffee or a type of coffee for the first time, we recommend buying a single 12oz. bag to taste test before commiting to a larger quantity!
For returns or exchanges of non-food items (mugs, shirts, and the like), please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return label. For exchanges, we'll send a replacement to you once our team sees that the exchange is in transit. For returns, we'll issue a refund minus original shipping costs once the returned package is received.
