Cancellation policy

By signing up for a subscription, you'll receive deliveries from Kahawa 1893 automatically at a frequency you choose.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pause, cancel, or change your subscription prior to shipment, subject to the minimum commitment and early cancellation terms below.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You'll receive a reminder email in advance of each delivery. If you'd like to pause or make changes to your subscription, you can do so at any time by clicking the links inside that email or by logging in to your account here.

To help us offer the best subscription value, cancellations are available after a minimum of three subscription deliveries have been completed.

If you subscribed accidentally or decide you no longer wish to continue before completing three deliveries, early cancellation requires payment of the remaining discount balance to convert your introductory order to a one-time purchase. This balance is the difference between the discounted price you paid and the regular one-time purchase price for that order. To request early cancellation and arrange payment of this balance, please email support@kahawa1893.com and include the email address you used to sign up for your subscription.

Please note that we're unable to honor cancellations and changes (address, product, size, quantity) after your order has shipped.

*New subscribers qualify for 50% off their first order. All orders thereafter will be billed at a 20% discount.

This introductory offer requires a minimum of three completed subscription deliveries.

*Excludes Coffee with Benefits, Keurig® K-Cup® Pods, 2LB & 5LB bags, multi-packs, variety packs, and Wholesale products. Promotion is limited to new subscribers and further excludes existing subscribers, including those with subscriptions in a paused or canceled state.

Subscriptions of Coffee with Benefits, Keurig® K-Cup® Pods, 2LB & 5LB bags, and multi-packs are billed at a 20% discount for all orders, including the first order. Wholesale products do not qualify for subscription discounts.

Prices are as marked on the website, and Actual Prices supersede any advertised discount percentages.
