Is it coffee, tea, or instant coffee?
It’s real ground coffee in a filter bag that brews like tea. The grounds stay inside the bag while the flavor steeps into your water. There are no tea leaves, and the coffee doesn’t dissolve like instant granules. Chai Spice is coffee blended with cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
Do I need a coffee maker or extra filters?
Just a mug and 8 oz of hot water. The filter is already part of the coffee bag, so you can leave the machine, grinder, and measuring scoop at home. You’ll still need a way to heat your water.
How long should I steep it?
Pour 8 oz of hot water over the bag, dunk it repeatedly to saturate the grounds, and steep for at least 5 minutes. Prefer a stronger cup? Give it a little more time before removing the bag.
Which flavor should I try first?
Start with Safari for a smooth, balanced cup with caramel and milk-chocolate notes. Choose Serengeti if you love a richer dark roast, Chai Spice for warming spice flavor, or Decaf for a full-bodied, caffeine-free cup. Each pack-size selection contains one flavor.
Can I add milk or make it iced?
Yes—brew first, then add your favorite milk or sweetener. For an iced cup, steep with hot water first, remove the bag, and pour over ice. Use a little less brewing water if you want to allow for melting ice.
How many cups are in a pack?
Choose 12, 24, 36, 48, or 72 individually wrapped coffee bags. Each bag makes one 8 oz cup. The compact packets are easy to divide between your kitchen, work bag, and suitcase.
Is there a decaf option?
Yes. Decaf has a smooth, full-bodied profile with chocolate and brown-sugar notes. Choose it when you want to keep your coffee ritual caffeine-free.
How does the subscription offer work?
